Mandatory Units
CDG 1 Contribute to effective working relationships
CDG 2 Maintaining the safety and security of the load, self and property
CDG 3 Contribute to the provision of customer service
CDG 4 Complete pre-journey and post-journey procedures
CDG 5 Planning the route and timing for the delivery and collection of loads
CDG 6 Transport goods and materials

Optional Units Candidates must also complete one of the following units, in addition to the mandatory units:
CDG 7 Handling goods and materials
CDG 8 Handling goods (Motorcycle and pedal cycle)

Additional Units
Candidates may complete additional units but these are not a requirement for the award.

CDG 9 Dealing with payment transactions
CDG 10 Operate specialised plant and machinery to performance requirements
(Lifting and transferring)
CDG 11 Lift, transfer and position load
